Using Information System for Gaining Competitive Advantages。。。。



Nowaday, corporate human resource has acknowledge to play a significant role which the most effective and efficient new technologies in making the works simpler and more modernized especially in the human resource department is HRIS. The business world full of challenges, and competitive, therefore, it needs to learn information system which can give advantages and able to compete with others competitors. Besides, through the use of information system in gaining competitive advantage, appropriate competitive strategies need to identify due to confront with competitive forces.

            PESTLE and SWOT analyses are the important elements which will be influence the current status of an organization besides can understanding well and identify those external environment and link to the impacts, foreseeable what will be happened next and in future whether with low profit or high profit. To defeat the others competitors, it is essential to learn these analyses which can identify and recognize the best strategy advantage over the competing firms, and analyzing competitors. Generally, it is beneficial to know well PESTLE and SWOT due to have a clear mind and big picture about the external factors and competitors.

            In competitive forces, due to succeed in business world, organization must expertise knowing well five important elements. An example for the rivalry food industry is Burger King and McDonald which both of them were fast-food industries and more on producing burgers. New entrants, such as KFC is a new company which provides almost same products and services in same industry. For the substitute products, the competing on the price will be determine the preferred of customers will selected. If there is promotion on beef burger, there is less customers to choose chicken burger. Bargaining power of customer occur when the choices are increase and customer get confusing. However when there is bargaining power of supplier, organization need to collaborative with supplier which might be increase the prices and lead to the cost of products increase also.
